Fun Experience for your Pets!
We use Kimberly’s Kritter care whenever we are out of town to watch our three cats and she is simply the best. Personally, I dread leaving behind my cats on vacations, but I feel much more at ease when Kimberly watches our pets because she gives them so much love and attention while we’re gone that I don’t think they even miss me! She grooms them, cleans my one cat’s eye everyday, and tidys up around the litter box, all in addition to the regular maintenance they require. As a final note, she sends tons of pictures everyday that she visits, which makes me happy to see them playing, and the photos are better than shots I try to take myself. Kimberly’s Kritter care allows you to be at ease on vacation and also a fun experience for your pets!

Incredible Care and Attention
Kimberly and her Krew are obviously very passionate about animals and give excellent care for your furry companions, even on short notice. They were prompt, professional, and took pictures of our furbaby to send every day while we were gone, as well as brought in packages and alerted us when things were going on at home. I can not thank them enough not only for fitting us in their rotation, but they gave our furbaby incredible care and attention. We will DEFINITELY be using their cat sitting care again!

I’ve never experienced a cat sitter (Sam) that loves & plays with our cats like she does. She spends so much time playing with them & taking adorable pictures. I’ve always had pet sitters that never stayed as long as they said they did and didn’t pay as much attention to the cats as Sam does. Kimberly came to our house initially with Sam & was very professional and courteous. She even has an easy app to schedule, message and leave all your information on. She thinks of everything. I can’t say enough about them and highly recommend.

Is Paws Up! licensed, insured, and bonded?
Yes, we are insured and bonded through Pet Sitters Associates and licensed to do business in the state of SC. Your pets and your home are safe and will be well cared for by our loving staff!

How do I schedule visits for my cat?

Will my cat always have the same caregiver?
At Paws Up!, we work as a team to ensure your pet will always have the best care possible. You may not always have the same cat care provider, however, we do try to assign a primary sitter for each client, but we may have another team member fill in when the primary sitter is not available. This is also why it is important to update your and your cat's info in our client portal so the entire team will be up to date on any changes.
How will the cat sitter access my property?
We require two methods of entry from each client. If you have a keypad for your door and/or garage, you may provide us with a code for entry but we still require at least one backup method of access, i.e. a key, in case of power loss or dead batteries (the backup key will be stored in our office safe and will only be used in case of primary access malfunction). If you do not have keyless entry you will need to purchase a lock box to store your house key and give us access to that. We have lock boxes available for purchase if you like. Please note: We are not responsible for keyless entry or lock box malfunctions.
How far in advance can I book my services?
Please schedule your services with as much notice as possible to ensure we are available. We get booked more quickly around holidays.
If you need to schedule a service that will occur within less than 24 hours you can only do so by sending us a message in the conversation tab in the app/portal. If we are able to accommodate your request, there will be a Late Booking Fee added to the regular price.
How do I make a payment?
Once your services are confirmed, we will send you an invoice via the App. To pay just log into your app and pay via our secure online payment system. Services must be paid in full prior to the date of service. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, ACH, and checks. Please make checks payable to PAWS UP!
Can I tip my cat care provider?
Tips are by no means required. But if you feel your cat sitter has provided excellent care, tips are certainly appreciated. You may leave a cash tip or add it to your invoice via the client portal app. All tips go directly to your sitter(s).
